Our Week-Of Wedding Coordination service is ideal for couples who want to independently plan their wedding. This service begins 3 months before the wedding and includes a thorough review of your wedding timeline created by the couple, vendor communication & confirmation, and management of all final details in the weeks leading up to your big day. Acting as your dedicated wedding manager, we coordinate your entire wedding team to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution.

Our Month-Of Wedding Coordination service is perfect for couples who are planning most of their wedding independently, but want a wedding planner and coordinator to manage and piece together the final details. Beginning approximately 4 months before your wedding, we review your vision, confirm and communicate with vendors, and create a customized wedding timeline for a seamless and stress-free experience.

You already did the heavy lifting of searching for your perfect vendors and booking, let us take it from here!

Our Partial Wedding Planning service is designed to give you support exactly where you need it.

Think of us as your dedicated wedding planner and trusted guide, helping you refine your ideas, stay organized, and keep your planning process on track. This services begins 8 months prior to your wedding. We create a custom planning plan/checklist, assist with vendor research and inquiries (up to four), and assist with budget tracking. We manage logistics to offer planning advice to reduce stress to keep you pointed in the right direction in planning your perfect wedding day.

As your dedicated wedding planner, we manage everything—from securing the perfect wedding venue, booking, coordinating your trusted team of wedding vendors and creating your dream wedding day timeline.

We oversee scheduling, logistics, design guidance, and seamless wedding coordination.

You can simply show up, say “I do,” and fully enjoy your perfectly planned wedding while we take care of the rest!
